4 Months Old

A couple of days late, but Adam is four months old! Today we had his well baby check, and everything looked great. Adam weighs 16 lbs 8 oz and is 25.5 inches long and is holding steady in the 70th percentile. We're not sure how he is so chubby because eating doesn't seem to be a big priority for him.

Here's what Adam is up to:
- Laughing and giving big smiles
- Screaming through tummy time (sorry little guy, it's good for you!)
- Loving his big sister and all the crazy activity she brings to the house
- Chewing on his stuffed cow
- Teething...will those two teeth ever pop?!
- Fitting into 6 month clothes

Happy 4 months old Adam!

Oh No!

Adam has been pretty miserable the last couple of days. We chalked it up to being a cold from exposure to new germs at daycare. Needless to say, I was surprised to get a report from our daycare provider today saying that Adam has two teeth pushing through his top gums.

Teething at 3 months!!! Let's just say that mom is not happy with this new development.
Wish us luck with new teeth!

So Big

I can't believe how big our kids are getting. Today I put on a 6 month sleeper on Adam, and it fit!

Elizabeth has made the switch out of diapers. She has been proud to be sporting underwear for 3 weeks, and I'm happy to report that I haven't cleaned pee off the floor for two weeks. Hooray for Elizabeth! (How we survived potty training with a newborn is a whole other story!) Next time you see Elizabeth make sure to ask about her underwear and in under 5 seconds her pants will be around her ankles. No modesty for that one!

They really do get big so fast!
